Staff Training & Development

 

All staff receive training related to Autism. Day release is available for training as well as in-house short courses, which covers skills and knowledge relative to the job.

 

Staff meetings are held regularly and include the following:

 

• Setting of clear goals
• Sharing skills and knowledge of the team
• Identifying training needs
• Selecting appropriate external training courses
• Organising in-house training
• Evaluating training courses
• Giving feedback and evaluation
• Follow up action plan

 

All staff receive individual supervision, which includes:

 

• Individual support
• Performance feedback
• Training & development profile
